On location in Mexico with young engineers that will be running this plant someday. It was inspiring to see the men and women of the youngest generation at the plant, working together in the same position with equal respect for each other. Shot with a favorite lens: 50mm f1.2 at f2 at 1/800th at ISO 100. The falloff of the 1.2 version of this lens makes the extra $1500 so worth it.
