Ten years after photographing this image, I was just hired to photograph this boy again. I photograph a lot of rare disease work and I love working with the people. How could you not love working with this guy? Just before this he played a toy guitar and sang along to Bruno Mars. 70-200mm f2.8 lens at 125mm almost wide open at f3.5.
