In 2014 I had my elbow repaired - a ligament had severed leaving my forearm muscle detached. Just a few days post surgery I was photographing a campaign for Title Nine, but I couldn't use my right hand. The elbow was locked in this contraption at 90 degrees. For some shots I composed with my left and yelled to my assistant to press the button; for others I was able to use this long cable release as I held the camera with my left.
